Expires: 11/23/19So it looks like the same MM opportunity. I would be careful about buying Mastercards I have heard they have issues (fraud, etc.). I like Am Ex gift cards. I wonder why they rarely have them as part of the $10 off sales?
The issue in that link looks like a processing issue, not fraud. The previous MC fraud problem should be associated with U.S. Bank. The current ones are issued by Metabank, just like the Visa.
For tax payment, my recent experience was that only Official Payments recognized the MC as debit card, not the two other processors.
