It worked for me, and I’m pretty sure I used it before (to an Amazon Locker).
But this time, I designated an “Amazon Hub Counter”, which turned out to be a local AAA office.

I actually had an item stuck in the locker for about a week. After multiple chats and phone calls, they re-shipped the item, while the stuck item stayed in the broken locker for another 1-2 weeks.

Per the terms, the order must be shipped to a pickup location, which doesn’t necessarily have to be a locker. It depends what is available in your area. For me, the closest pickup point is at a Learning Express toy store.

I tried to use the coupon, but it wouldn’t let me apply it to my purchase, even though both items were sold and shipped from Amazon and I chose an Amazon hub (at a local Rite Aid) to pick up. When I clicked on OP’s link it said I qualified. Both items (books) are sold and shipped from Amazon.com.What gives? Does the $20 have to be one item or can it be 2 items that equal at least $20?

Yes, I remembered to change the shipping address to the delivery hub. I can’t think of any reason it should not work.

I tested it out with a non-book item (a portable radio) and the discount came off, so you are right. It must be a book thing. They must be excluded from the offer. Thanks for your help!

That has been around for a while. Works for the same address only, so shipping can be potentially combined.

Thanks, OP. It worked for me. I got a 50 oz bag of Oxbow Western Timothy Hay and a bag of Oxbow cranberry treats for my guinea pig, Jack, all for $11.81 after tax and discounts. Normally that size bag of hay alone comes to $22 after tax.
