Account shows Total Spend $79.98 but pending Rewards $28 which is 40% of $69.98, the PM’d price. I’m surprised that they counted the pre-PM price towards the Total Spend.

Agree with you. I am not going to think about what rich people are going to save. I am happy as long as I save something. My savings are going to be limited as we are doing itemize. But I think, we can club our property taxes and save some money every alternate year. Those bracket changes should help us to save something. Not sure if we are going to save anything from obama care tax. I remember, there was a email from HR about extra tax when obama care became law. May be it will go away from next year.

If you print the reward coupons from the email link, there are no such terms. I think these old terms somehow crept back in. There is an old thread here. The $100 minimum was never implemented. The online restriction did apply for a few months, but it was removed.

I just picked up my order. I’d set up my trunk so to receive the groceries but the woman didn’t realize it. Not a big deal.
BUT remember the other order that I cancelled? Well they gave me those items as well. I’d cancelled the other order because so many items were oos that I didn’t have $20 in products for the rebate. They gave me the items that were in stock. My receipt doesn’t show them but they were in my bags.

@VegasVegan I now have 3 cartons of A2 for the price of 2. Expiration dates are March 3, March 9 and March 17.

One manager may have discovered why the coupons beep on wasabi peas. The coupon is for Gold Emblem ABOUND items. Wasabi peas, although they are Gold Emblem, are not an Abound item.

Mr. V, trust me, I used it on ABOUND items too (the Drinks that are 99c) and same crap happened. Definitely a system issue, as I said in an earlier post, they should be issuing new ones tomorrow or soon for a 12/31 expiration, I have the feeling they pre-maturely kicked the 9/30 ones out of the system. they worked fine up until about 2 weeks ago. started having problems about 10 days ago with them. possibly after 9/15 it started.

That may be right that they prematurely kicked out the coupons with the 9/30 expiration date because when the coupon is scanned the error message is “item not on file”, which would support your hypothesis. Let’s hope the new ones with a 12/31 expiration scan so we can get some good Black Friday nut deals.

The issue in that link looks like a processing issue, not fraud. The previous MC fraud problem should be associated with U.S. Bank. The current ones are issued by Metabank, just like the Visa.

For tax payment, my recent experience was that only Official Payments recognized the MC as debit card, not the two other processors.

Op, I see your point. I try not to shop at Kohls often. I hate that they require you to spend the KC asap and that KC gets applied before any % off coupons. Since Kohl’s prices are pretty inflated, applying KC before % off coupons basically means you are buying the item at an inflated price.

But I think store credit works more like a GC than KC so I wouldn’t feel too cheated.

@frugalpete I need to amend my post. The New York Times reporting today "Medicare, which covers roughly 60 million Americans, will provide free over-the-counter rapid coronavirus tests beginning in the spring, according to the federal government’s Medicare and Medicaid agency.

The policy would “allow Medicare beneficiaries to pick up tests at no cost at the point of sale and without needing to be reimbursed,” the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said on Thursday, adding that it would "be the first time Medicare covered the whole cost of an over-the-counter test.

One thing I noticed when buying Walmart gift cards through Fluz is that for some reason they round up to the next highest whole dollar amount, but they only charge you for the amount you entered. So, for example, you enter the purchase price as $10.01, Fluz will generate an $11 gift card, but only charge you for $10.01. I don’t think they do this at other stores, such as Amazon, I bought just above the minimum amount at Amazon ($15.06) and they issued me an Amazon gift card for that exact amount. The Walmart gift card I bought several days ago was billed to my credit card as FLUZPAY. Today’s purchase was only billed as FLUZ. It has been two days now since I purchased through Swagbucks and still no tracking on Swagbucks. I will have to open a case with Swagbucks and see if they will honor it.
